Here is one my favorite last minute meals that is also wonderful to have in the freezer. For the most convenience when freezing, wrap individual burritos in parchment paper, then put several into a ziplock freezer bag. These are ready to go directly into the microwave without thawing, or unwrap and fry or bake.
