Weight Watcher Rerun #1

Starting this week, I am going to do something a little different,  I am going to recycle the weekly menu suggestions, and just do a new one every so often.  I tend to forget about the older suggestions, and there are too many really good recipes to make once and then ignore.  I would also love to hear from you with comments on what you tried and any suggestions to make it better or different.  The best place to comment is here on the blog since many of our readers don't see the Facebook links.

If you follow us on Facebook, I also share other recipes and menu plans from other bloggers on a regular basis.  Check us out there!
