#TBT - Easy Chicken Pot Pie


This is a quick and easy take on an old favorite, and you don't need to take the time to make a pie crust.  It is delicious served over a baked potato, noodles or rice, or heat in a casserole dish and once it is hot, put a layer of uncooked biscuits on top and continue to bake until the biscuits are done.  It also freezes great and you can put together a double recipe while you are making it and stash one in the freezer.  Kayte freezes it in a gallon-sized Ziplock baggie and makes it as flat as possible to allow it to thaw quickly.  It is also a great way to use up leftover chicken and veggies.  Click here to see the original post.
