One of the things I struggle with (and I know many of you do also) is what to serve as a side dish, and especially one with veggies. The original post was done as part of our Weight Watching series and also includes Weight Watcher's points to make it easier to plan out a meal. The bonus is that these side dishes also tend to be popular with kids and spouses. We also do a post every Saturday that suggests 6 healthy entrees or other healthy ideas for those who are watching their weight but also have to keep their family happy without cooking separate meals.
