Weight Watchers Rerun #2

Once again I am recycling a previous post in our weekly series, each of which suggests 6 different meal suggestions for the upcoming week. I really need a reminder to go back and revisit what I have fixed in the past.  Another thing that I find very helpful is to save copies of my weekly menus that I have planned (I print them out and put on the door of the refrigerator during the week I am using them).  It makes the planning so much easier when you can look through several previous weeks for inspiration.
